Squatch – a sasquatch or bigfoot.
Skwatch – variant of above.
Squatcher, Skwatcher – a hunter of a bigfoot.
Squatch Squad – a group of bigfoot searchers hale and well-met.
Squatchy, Squatchiness – of or like a bigfoot. The feeling a bigfoot is/could be somewhere nearby.
Bigfoot Nation - a colloquial term for BFBs, supporters and bigfoot enthusiasts. Folks who enjoy bigfoot lore.
Bigfootling, Halfling, Footling – a juvenile bigfoot.
BHM – Big hairy monster. A term for a bigfootlike creature.
BFB - Big Foot Believer, members of Bigfoot Nation.
Spooring – to track or follow (a bigfoot)
Sensing – to sense the presence of something (a bigfoot) but not see, hear or smell it.
Sounding - Calling in or calling to a bigfoot.
Chupacabra – “goat sucker” a cryptid said to inhabit S. USA, Mex, Latin America that could be a distant bigfoot cousin.
Mapinguari – the South American bigfoot said to inhabit the Mato Grosso of Brazil
Curinqueans – a possible type of South American bigfoot
Alma or Almasty - a hairy hominid living in the Caucasus Mountains.
Mande Burung – (Forest Man) an ape man of India and Bangladesh similar to the skunk ape.
Yowie - a cryptid hominid of Australia.
Human Hobbit - Homo floresiensis. Hominid of the island of Flores in Indonesia said to have died out around 12,000 years ago.
Cryptid - a creature or plant whose existence has been suggested but is unrecognized by science and is regarded as unlikely.
Knocking - the practice of knocking on trees with a branch or bat. Considered pointless by most credible cryptozoologists due to the ease of imitation and spoofing.
